Faux buttonholes look similar to a normal buttonhole but are purely decorative and non-functional as there is no cut in the center of them. The buttonhole sewing machine is programmable to automatically sew up to 8 imitation buttonholes at preset distances between each buttonhole. Thanks to the sewing speed that can reach up to 3,500 spm, the operator can sew 2-3 times more jackets than with a conventional buttonhole machine.
