The Master Cut MC80 is a conveyor cutting table that efficiently moves material from the spread table to the cutter and then transports the cut pieces to the packaging area.
Scope: Ideal for industries handling textiles such as clothing and upholstery.
Material use: Suitable for a wide range of materials including knitted and woven fabrics.
Fabric width: Up to 000 cm, adaptable to specific production needs.

Selecting and Omitting Patterns: Patterns that do not need to be cut can be selected and omitted before and during cutting.
Fabric detection and correction: The laser detects the correctness of the spread fabric and cuts it with the same crossing angle (displaceable diagonally).
Cutouts Management: Ability to manage, convert and transform all types of cutouts (normal, V and "flying").
Adjusting model scales : The operator can change the scale of models when they do not fit in the marker.
Length Adjustment: The operator can adjust the length for additional precision.

Vortex Knife Cooler
Designed to cool the knife with a Vorteks tube to reduce sticking between layers of synthetic materials such as polyester, lycra, elastane, lining, artificial leather and adhesive materials, etc.

Smart Knife:
It detects knife deflection caused by difficult-to-cut materials or large layers and adjusts the knife angle to compensate for this deflection. This results in more accurate cut parts and allows for closer placement of parts to achieve excellent material utilization.
